How to read the timeline
Each row plots a project's known milestones on a shared time axis. Click any dot for the underlying event, its date and its source.
Announced: a filing, rezoning request or company announcement.
Opposition: first and last recorded activity; the shaded bar is the span between them.
Decision: advanced: terminal approval.
Decision: blocked: terminal denial or withdrawal.
Opposition usually predates construction: projects are contested during rezoning, permitting and public hearings. An opposition span between announcement and decision does not mean the project was built.
Dates appear only when known. Month-only announcement dates are approximate (~30 days).
